Welcome to Dartmouth Medical School's National Library of Medicine grant program. The overarching goal of this program is to facilitate development of practice-based systems that improve access to and delivery of online health information for patients and health care providers. We hope that these systems result in better health and health care in rural and other underserved areas in Northern New England.

Follow-up from Workshop

Thank you for your participation in the workshops! Following is a list of the next steps for the project:

  1. Implement your office project plans to increase use of the Internet!!!  Share the plans with the rest of your practice group.
     
  2. Decide on content/links for your website (click on "Participating sites" or see the website template for examples) or other materials and email to us.
     
  3. Schedule support phone call with us for May (603-650-6551,or e-mail ).
     
  4. Contact us if you have any questions/concerns while implementing your project.
     
  5. Schedule site visit with us in June or July with your team or whole practice to discuss the projects.
     
  6. Second round of patient and provider surveys will take place in late September/early October!
