Jill Blumberg
Jill has worked in Whitefield since finishing her medical degree at the University
of Connecticut and her Residency in Family Practice in Alaska. She loves seeing
patients of all ages. She lives in Littleton with her husband and two daughters.

Amy Zanes
Amy is a graduate of White Mountains Regional High School and grew up in
Whitefield. She still lives locally with her husband and daughter. Amy
started with Ammonoosuc Community Health Services in September of 2002
and became the Office Manager in 2004. She enjoys her job and looks
forward to being a familiar face in the office in the future.

Evelyn Hagan
Evelyn Hagan is a family nurse practitioner. Family nurse practitioners are
nurses with advanced training, certified to treat health problems for patients
of all ages. Evelyn has been a nurse since 1976 and a nurse practitioner since
1995. She loves caring for patients throughout the lifespan, infancy through
elder years. She believes her adult patients are in charge of their own health
and it is her role to help them know how to make the best choices to maintain
good health.

Allison Knight
Allison graduated from Fisher College with an Associates Degree in Medical
Assisting. She worked in a cardiology office for 8 years before moving to
New Hampshire from Rochester, MA. Her special interests are gardening and
raising horses.

Mary Estabrooks
Mary is a registered nurse (RN) who graduated from the Mary Hitchcock Memorial
Hospital School of Nursing in Hanover, NH. She worked at Littleton Regional
Hospital for 22 years in various areas including over 3 years in ICU, several
in Med-Surg, and 13 years in Obstetrics. Mary works with Evelyn Hagan, ARNP.

Jean Carbonneau
Jean started at Ammonoosuc Community Health Services as a front desk
receptionist 4 ½ years ago. She later trained on the job as a clinical
assistant, handling referrals and vaccine management. Jean also works
with Evelyn Hagan, ARNP. |
