Viking A. Hedberg, M.D., M.P.H.
Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Dartmouth Medical School

 

Dr. Hedberg graduated from Yale University in 1983 and received his M.D from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1987. He subsequently completed his pediatric residency training at teh Children's Hospital of Philedelphia in 1990 and practiced at a community health center in Camden, NJ where he was also the medical director of a school-based clinic. Dr. Hedberg subsequently completed a fellowship in adolescent medicine and a Master's of Public Health at the University of Rochester in upstate New York. He was on the faculty at University of Rochester before coming to CHAD and PPAM in 1997. He is board certified in both general pediatrics and adolescent medicine. He lives in Plymouth with his wife Kate, and two adolescent boys.
