How Plymouth Pediatrics Can Help You With ADD/ADHD

There may come a point in your child's life where you become concerned about his/her behavior. You may start to see something that concerns you, or someone else may bring some concerns to your attention.

We have developed a packet of information that parents and the school (if applicable) need to fill out. The information that is collected from this packet will give us the necessary tools to determine what services will be needed to best help your child.

What behaviors would constitute a Behavioral/Mental Health Packet from Plymouth Pediatrics?

- Anxiety
- Depression
- Trouble Concentrating
- Sudden and/or Uncontrollable Outbursts
- Unable to Stay in One Place

Please Note: The above are only examples that may constitute a packet. Every child is different and may present with different behaviors or concerns.

If you feel your child has any of the above concerns, please call our office at (603) 536-3700. Our staff will take a detailed message and have a nurse return your call. They will help guide you in figuring out that best way to help your child. If the nurse feels that a packet would be helpful, you can CLICK HERE TO OPEN.
