DALENE WASHBURN LICSW graduated from University of Washington 1982 with BSW. Then she graduated from Boston University with a Master in Social Work. She has been a child and family therapist with over 20 years experience. She specializes in trauma and recovery. She has been employed at Upper Valley Pediatrics for the past nine years.She has three children ages 18, 17 and 11. She believes that children are the flowers in our lives. |
BOB CLAFLIN has worked at Upper Valley Pediatrics since 1999. He is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. He is also an artist and runs The Vision Quest Art Studio. Bob works with children and adolescent boys and has a particular interest with ADHD, Anxiety, depression and working with families.Before coming to UVP, Bob worked in a residential setting with people that had a varying range of mental illness. Bob's personal interests are in sports, travel, and he uses art to a great extent in the work that he does. He has three grown children, 17, 18, 19 and lives with his wife Ann in Bradford. |
| KATHY SCHIFFMAN, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1983 and her Masters Degree from Antioch New England Graduate School in 1988. She has worked as both a school counselor in elementary and high schools as well as in a clinic setting. Kathy has experience helping children and families with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety and trauma. Kathy has been with Upper valley Pediatrics for the past year and has worked in the Upper Valley for the past 20 years. Kathy and her husband live in Haverhill. |
. HEATHER TOULMIN is a clinical mental health counselor (CMHC). She graduated from VT College with an MA in CMHC in 2007. Previously she earned a MS in Environmental Law from VT Law School in 1995 and graduated from Unity College with a BS in Environmental Policy in 1993. Heather strives to incorporate physical health and school success into counseling with families and children. Heather has been employed ay Upper Valley Pediatrics for 2 years and specializes in building loving attachments and trauma recovery with children beginning at age 3.Heather’s personal interests include backpacking, skiing and family time with her husband and two young children |
